JUST MARRIED: Jessica and Jeremy Dennien share a kiss after their wedding.

(Photo:vintage prom dresses)JESSICA and Jeremy Dennien’s wedding was so fun, classy and simple, Jessica wouldn’t mind going through it all again – as long as it was with Jeremy.

The couple had been engaged for 18 months before they tied the knot at Cedar Galleries in Calliope because “it is stunning” and suited Jessica’s rustic theme.

In front of about 90 guests, Jessica’s father walked her down the aisle to the couple’s chosen song, Little Things, by One Direction.

Her father kept his composure while Jessica “cried like a baby”.

“There were a lot of happy tears in the house,” she said.

“Jeremy shed a few tears and so did his mum and my mum.”

The guests headed to the Grand Hotel for the reception while the bridal party had photos taken by T-Leaf Creative.

The reception started with class, following a traditional wedding.

Lyle Rogers, who was a groomsman in place of his son Norton who had died in a traffic accident in 2011, made the speech of the night.

“He made a fantastic speech that was both beautiful and hilarious,” Jessica said.

After the speeches everyone danced and played the usual wedding games.

“We threw the bouquet and the garter,” she said.

“My junior bridesmaid, who was 11, caught the bouquet. Everyone thought it was either sad or creepy.”

After the wedding the newlyweds stayed at the Oaks Grand Gladstone. They left on their honeymoon the next day.

“We had two weeks in New Zealand skiing, snowboarding and bungy jumping,” she said.

Jessica said the next logical step was to have kids.Read more at:princess prom dresses
